The 2026 Women's Torneo Regional Federal Amateur scheduled the first legs of its second round for 15 August. The return matches will be played on the 22nd within a bracket that began on 1 August with 120 clubs from leagues across Argentina.
The competition is divided into eight regions: North, Centre, Cuyo, North Littoral, South Littoral, North Pampeana, South Pampeana and Patagonia. Each follows its own knockout route and qualifies one club for the national final stage.
Ties are played over two legs, one at each venue. The team with the most points advances first; if level, goal difference is applied, and any remaining tie is settled by kicks from the penalty mark.
The general calendar reserves 29 August and 5 September for the third round in many regions. From there, the number of ties and the dates vary with the size of each bracket until the eight regional winners are determined.
The regulations require venues authorised by the Federal Council and prohibit visiting or neutral supporters. Home clubs must report the kick-off time at least five days in advance, and no match may begin before 11:00.
Squad lists can contain up to 40 eligible players. Once the knockout stage has been completed, the Federal Council will design the final-stage format bringing together the eight regional representatives.
