Both Cuyo winners are strongly placed but still have to confirm their superiority in the return legs. Litoral Sur produced the tightest contest as San Benito of Paraná and ADIUR of Rosario drew 0-0, transferring the entire decision to the return. In Bonaerense Pampeana Norte, Deportivo SOMRA of Tortuguitas beat Asociación Iris San Carlos 2-1 thanks to two goals by Yohana Insfrán González, while Valeria Roldán scored for the visitors. Pampeana Sur supplied five goals. Ciudad de Olavarría defeated Villa Mitre of Bahía Blanca 3-2 through a Jazmín Vailati double and a goal from Bianca Zibecchi. Lucrecia Semper and Sol Menéndez Perrone replied for Villa Mitre, whose one-goal deficit keeps the tie open.
